Trading as Perth Gutters Cleaning

1. Scope of Work:

Our gutter cleaning service includes removal of debris from gutters, valleys, and downpipes (where accessible), and a visual roof inspection of external surfaces (tiles, gutters, flashings, valleys, downpipes).

Scope may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Debris thickness (mud/leaves buildup)
  • Steep or slippery roofs
  • Need for harnessing or complex setup
  • Obstacles like solar panels near gutters
  • Unusual or restricted access

2. Roof Inspection Disclaimer:

Our roof inspection is a free visual inspection only. It does not include lifting tiles or roof sheets to inspect hidden internal areas (e.g. internal rusting, squashed valley lips). We only assess visible issues.

This is not a paid roofing or plumbing inspection.

3. Return Visits:

We deliver all services to a high professional standard. If concerns arise, we’re happy to return and inspect. However, if the issue is unrelated to the original gutter cleaning or outside the agreed scope of work, a call-out fee will apply.

4. Additional Labour:

Extra labour charges may apply if the job requires more time due to conditions not visible or advised prior to the job (e.g. heavy blockages, unsafe access).

5. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. A 5% late payment surcharge may apply for overdue invoices.

6. Liability:

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing roof or structural issues
  • Leaks caused by plumbing or unrelated damage
  • Problems outside the areas we serviced
